SALE AGREEMENT VALIDITY, COMMODITY AND PRICE INFORMATION

 Terms of sale are valid when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

The final price of the order will be added fee for delivery of goods. Delivery fee depends on the location of the Buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be displayed to the Buyer of the order

ORDER FORMATION

The goods are paid for by bank transfer. The invoice will be sent to the Buyer's e-mail address after the order has been confirmed. The sales contract enters into force and the order is fulfilled when the Buyer has received 100% of the invoice amount to the current account number of the Online Store.

The online store is not responsible for delays or problems if the delay or problem is caused by the inaccuracy of the data entered by the Buyer when placing the order.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to expiration of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.


DELIVERY

The goods will be sent to the following countries: ESTONIA. To other countries by special agreement. The online store delivers the Goods with Omniva parcel machine service. Shipments within Estonia will be shipped to the destination specified by the Buyer within 5 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

When returning the goods, the goods must be unused, the packaging must be complete. In case of withdrawal, all gifts and other added value arising from the sales contract are also refundable.

The costs associated with the return of the goods shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a faulty or defective product).
In case of return of used or incomplete goods, the seller has the right not to satisfy the buyer's withdrawal application or to set off the cost of the decrease in the value of the goods from the purchase amount returned to the buyer. The seller also has the right to set off the value of gifts and other value added at the current retail price if they are not returned.
If the buyer does not return the goods within 14 days from the date of submission of the withdrawal application, the seller has the right not to satisfy the withdrawal application. The purchase amount will be refunded on the 14th within a day after the returned goods have reached the Seller. The money will be returned to the account from which the amount paid was received.



 RIGHT TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

If the buyer notices upon receipt of the goods that the goods are incorrect or defective and / or the packaging is broken or wet, the Online Store must be notified immediately at the e-mail address kadri.roosi@gmail.com

The online store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

The online store shall respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 14 days.


DIRECT DISTRIBUTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The online store uses the personal data entered by the Buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to the companies providing the transport service in order to deliver the ordered goods.

The personal data to be registered includes data on the Buyer's order - Buyer's name, company name (if applicable), address, e-mail address, telephone number, data of the selected Product (incl. Size).

The online store will send the Buyer newsletters, sales offers, inquiries or other notifications to the Buyer's e-mail address only if the Buyer has expressed a wish to do so when confirming his order.

The Buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying the Online Store by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

The examination of the buyer's complaint in the commission is free of charge.
